Congratulations Class of 2024!

We're excited to announce our next Higher Education Graduation ceremony will take place on Wednesday, 30th October at 12pm.

This prestigious event is a wonderful opportunity for you to celebrate your achievements with family, friends and your fellow graduands. The ceremony will be held in the Millennium Forum, Derry-Londonderry and will be broadcast live on our YouTube channel.

  • 1. Pay and register online here

    To pay and register online for your Graduation, please follow the steps detailed below.

      • Scan the QR or the link on your letter.
      • Log into your online account 
      • Complete your personal details OR check accuracy if already entered i.e. name, address, telephone number;
      • Click ‘Continue’ at the bottom of each page until the payment page;
      • The payment page will show the Graduation Fee of £50.

    If you wish to attend, please click ‘Pay Now’ and complete your transaction.

    Please note, the full fee of £50 MUST be paid at time of online registration to secure your attendance at the Graduation. Non-payment will result in your registration becoming void.

    Special Requirements
    If you or any of your guests have any individual additional needs e.g. disability, mobility, interpreter requirements, and require additional support, please email graduation@nwrc.ac.uk so that every effort is made to accommodate you or your guest.

    2. Pay and register by telephone

    To pay and register by telephone, please contact us on 028 7127 6000 advising you wish to pay for your graduation. Payments are accepted by credit or debit card.

    3. Pay in person

    You can pay in person at any of our main College campus Receptions at Strand Road, Limavady and Strabane during normal office hours.

    • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am-4:45pm
    • Friday: 9:00am-3:45pm
  • The Graduation Ceremony will take place in the Millennium Forum, Derry-Londonderry, at 12noon on Wednesday 30th October 2024. The event will be broadcast on our YouTube channel. You can also stream the ceremony on our website.

    We hope you enjoy the ceremony and don't forget to share your celebrations with us on social media #NWRCGRADS.

  • We would ask that all Graduates arrive at the venue no later than 10:00am to facilitate gowning, official photography and an event rehearsal.

  • If you, due to unforeseen circumstance, you arrive late, College staff will direct you to the gowning area and then to the auditorium.

  • As graduation is a formal occasion, an appropriate standard of dress is expected.

    Smart, casual attire is recommended, you will also be provided with an academic gown. When deciding what to wear, keep in mind your graduation ceremony is a formal occasion and you may need to walk up and down stairs inside the auditorium.

  • If you receive an letter from the College indicating you’re a Special Award winner, it means you have been selected to receive a prize at the Graduation Ceremony in recognition of outstanding achievement. A member of the Admissions team will be in touch with all prize winners in the coming weeks to provide you with more information.

  • The College's official photography company, Lafayette Photographers, will be located in the Millennium Forum, on the 30th October 2024 to take professional individual and family portraits. Please visit their website www.lafayettephotography.co.uk to pre-book and pay for your package. Pre-booking is highly recommended for your photography session.

    Our staff photographer will also be capturing photos during the event for press and College marketing activities.

    Further details will be included in your final graduation letter with tickets. If you require further information, please contact graduation@nwrc.ac.uk

  • By completing your registration you are confirming that you are happy for your name to be included as part of the ceremony and will receive a commemorative programme and an attendance certificate. A PDF version will also be available online.

  • Yes, we encourage you to invite your family and friends to tune into the Graduation Ceremony and cheer for you! The event will be broadcast live on our YouTube channel.

    The link will be published on our social media pages prior to the event.
