Housing Practice (Level 3 Apprenticeship)

UK Requirements

The Housing Practice Apprenticeship NI Level 3 is open to employees aged 16+ or those about to take up permanent paid employment with a Northern Ireland based company and be contracted to work a minimum of 21 hours per week with one employer. If students do not have Level 2 Essential Skills in Numeracy, Literacy or ICT (or equivalent) this will be a mandatory element of the course. Interview with course team to demonstrate the potential to gain the qualification successfully.

Further Study

This course will lead to Level 4 and Level 5 Foundation Degree or Diploma in Housing Practice and Housing Management.

This course will provide the learner with fundamental knowledge and understanding of the Housing sector and can lead to management roles within the housing sector.
