Entry Requirements
UK Requirements
UCAS tariff score of 48 or above plus GCSE Mathematics and English Language at Grade C or above or equivalent. Entry can also be made from National Certificate/Diploma, HE Access, NVQs or by the College’s policy relating to APL/APEL.ROI Requirements

Further Study
It is anticipated that a Degree in Housing Practice will be developed later and delivered in Northern Ireland (a 1-year top-up potential via Foundation Degree), that will provide further opportunities for those working in the Housing sector. However, please note that this is subject to approval.Career Prospects
