Course Overview

This course is aimed at those who are already employed in the housing sector (a provider or association), as a housing officer or administrator and who wish to develop their knowledge and skills to enable progression within their chosen area of work or in a specialist area. The qualification focuses on the technical skills and knowledge required of a professional housing officer. The units underpin high quality housing practice care, and the role of the Housing Officer in meeting service users’ needs. Students will complete the Level 3 Certificate in Housing and the Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice. Additional Information

Assessment 100% Coursework. Assessment will consist of written assignments, presentations and observation. If you are not employed in Housing you will have to undertake work placement during year 1 and year 2 of the course.
