Course Overview

This course involves completing both Indian Head & Body Massage Awards;Indian head massage is a relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure massage on the head, face, neck and shoulders. It aims to rebalance your bodys energies and relieve mental fatigue and various symptoms associated with stress.Anatomy & physiology of the human body is covered in this course alongside practical demonstrations of the different techniques involved in Body Massage. All theory and practical tuition is provided by experienced, qualified staff.

Entry Requirements

UK Requirements

If applicants do not already hold a Level 2 unit in Health & Safety this must be completed (£15 additional fee )

Additional Information

Therapists will be qualified in Level 3 Indian Head & Body Massage enabling them to continue study in other areas of Massage Therapy or gain employment in salons or spas. Material fee of £30 also required to cover cost of uniform when the course begins. Anyone who has already achieved either Award please contact Emer who will assist to enrol. emer.mellon@nwrc.ac.uk
