Entry Requirements
UK Requirements
· Level 3 CIPD qualification or a higher qualification in Business/HR related area is desirable. · Experience working in a HR or people management role for at least 1 year. · Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Access to a laptop and adequate internet connection is essential to facilitate online learning.· International students must be able to provide evidence of having achieved one of the following qualifications: o IELTS examination (score of 6.0 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each category) o TOEFL internet-based test (a score of 79 overall with a minimum of 17 in each category)o Pearson’s Test of English (a score of 54 overall with a minimum of 51 in each category) o Cambridge proficiency or advanced tests Grade C or above or equivalent · A current review of the applicants CV and a diagnostic interview with the Programme Co-ordinator will determine suitability to participate in this programme.ROI Requirements
