Entry Requirements
UK Requirements
Learners must be at least 18 years of age and currently employed in a Team Lead, Supervisory or Management/Leadership role within adult health and social care. Learners must be able to evidence competencies within their own work environment and job role. Learners will be required to demonstrate sufficient literacy and numeracy skills to enable them to successfully complete the qualification. All applicants must attend a pre-enrolment screening interview and a pre-entry sample task will be required.ROI Requirements
