She has a Bachelors and Masters degree in human physiology, and uses her expertise in science to create effective products.
I learned a lot of practical techniques during my course, as well as theory. I am able to imbibe a lot of the things I learned into my business and I'm seeing instant results, it’s absolutely amazing! The fact that it was delivered online made it more flexible for me.

Why did you choose to study Leadership and Management at NWRC?
I knew the Leadership and Management course would help me with my business and also the fact that it was delivered online made it more flexible for me.
The name of my business is El Gloree Naturals. We use only natural and organic ingredients for hair care and skin care products. The brand was birthed from my struggle with my hair- always breaking, scrunchy dry and dull. I harnessed my background knowledge in science (bachelor and masters degree in human physiology), with lots of research to create effective and safe haircare system.

How did studying an online course fit into your work/life balance?
Doing the course online was absolutely the best part of my experience in this course. I'm a mom and I am very busy with my business and family, but I was able to fit my studies into my family and business life perfectly.
