  • You can view your results online via your NWRC online account.

    • Visit the examination section of your NWRC online account
    • You will be required to log in using your Username/Email and Password. Your 'Username' is the first part of your personal email address (up to the @ symbol). You will have the option to reset your password if you have forgotten it
    • Your grade will be listed under the Grade Description column
    • If you are accessing your online account via a mobile phone or tablet, you may need to select the 'Export' option at the top right-hand side of the screen to view your result

    *Please note, due to the high volume of enquiries expected during Results Week it may take 24-48 hours to respond to your query.


  • Username / Email

    • You can log into your account using the personal email address you used when originally setting-up your online account
    • Your 'Username' is the first part of your personal email address (up to the @ symbol). E.g JoeBloggs123@hotmail.com would be "JoeBloggs123"


    Password

    • On the online application screen, click ‘Forgot your password’
    • Enter your Username
    • You will receive an email with a link to reset the password to your account


    If you are still having trouble accessing your online account please contact the IT Helpdesk on 028 7127 6565 between 8:30am and 5pm (9am to 4pm on Fridays), or email IS.Helpdesk@nwrc.ac.uk.

  • If you are unhappy with your results in the first instance you should email exams@nwrc.ac.uk. Further details can be found by viewing the Joint Council for Qualification's Post-Results Service document. It is important to note that the Post Results Service Checker will incur a fee set by the Awarding Body.

    If you remain dissatisfied with your results, you may appeal using the process outlined below.

  • You should follow the process for academic assessment appeals using the Academic Assessment Appeals Policy.

    • Complete Appendix 1 of the Academic Assessment Appeals Policy and return to the Quality Enhancement Unit (QEU) by emailing QEU@nwrc.ac.uk
    • All appeals should be sent within 5 working days of receiving the assessment/examination result (see Key Dates for Results for the relevant Awarding Body) or the Post Results Service Checker.
    • All appeals should be processed using NWRC processes. If an appeal is requested to be sent to the Awarding Body, this must come from the College and coordinated through QEU.
    • If you have any queries in relation to this process, please email QEU@nwrc.ac.uk.

  • You can contact our Careers Academy by emailing careers@nwrc.ac.uk and one of our experienced Careers Advisors will guide and support you through this process.

    Alternatively, if you know which course you would like to apply for you can make a new application online and a member of our Admissions team will be in touch. For more details on how to apply for a course visit www.nwrc.ac.uk/apply.

  • You can email exams@nwrc.ac.uk with your name, date of birth and course details and the team will arrange to have your records updated.

  • Please contact exams@nwrc.ac.uk for queries regarding exams and results. We welcome your enquiry and are always willing to assist but please note that during busy periods it may take 24-48 hours to respond to your query. Results requests must come directly from the student.

    To ensure a prompt response, please ensure to include your:

    • Full name
    • Date of birth
    • Course name
